Our founder, JT, is a CPA, former auditor and finance professional. He experienced the pressures of audit work and handled payroll in the Philippines, where manual processes often made the work chaotic and stressful.

Scattered files. Repeated follow-ups. Attendance corrections and payroll deadlines. These were problems he had dealt with firsthand. OLi began as a small project to make that work simpler.

That purpose grew beyond audit. Today, OLi builds apps for audit firms and HR teams, solving one business problem at a time.
